黑橋牌香腸是許多台南人熟悉的在地老字號，第一代創辦人陳文輝民國46年從高雄來到台南烏橋旁創業，民國52年在台南海安路開了第一間黑橋牌門市，2012年時又在安平工業區蓋了一座香腸博物館，提供民眾免費參觀&解說，相當不錯。
2014年初又跨出了新的一步，在長榮路成大附近開了香腸肉燥飯店，隔壁是日式炸豬排店跟近日新開的曹師傅麵包店(分店)，進門後店員會安排入座，人多的話要稍待，之後劃單至櫃檯結帳。
香腸肉燥飯、蒜泥白肉、三色蛋、綜合丸湯，一個人的晚餐，但有冷氣的舒服環境讓人忍不住多點了一些…
這一帶臨近學區，要賣傳統小吃並不是很容易，不過它提供了相對衛生乾淨的用餐環境，店內有冷氣&古典BGM，在吃飯的過程裡發現有不少學生都會來用餐，客源相當穩定，而以能這樣環境的價格來說，並不會不合理，剩下的就是合不合個人口味囉。
